Awareness Stage: At the top of the funnel, potential customers become aware of a product or service. This awareness can result from marketing efforts such as advertising, content marketing, social media, or referrals. The goal here is to attract a broad audience.

Consideration Stage: In this stage, prospects are actively considering the product or service as a solution to their needs or problems. They may compare it with alternatives, read reviews, request demos, or engage with sales representatives to gather more information.

Intent Stage: At this point, potential customers have a strong intention to make a purchase. They may request price quotes, discuss contract terms, or take other actions that signal their readiness to buy.

Evaluation and Purchase Stage: This is where the actual purchase decision is made. Customers may negotiate terms, sign contracts, or complete online transactions, depending on the nature of the product or service.

Post-Purchase Stage: The relationship with the customer doesn’t end with the purchase. It’s essential to provide excellent customer service, support, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. This stage can also include upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
